Dear Prospective Member:
Thank you for your interest in joining RYC. I am enclosing a Membership Application, Fee Schedule and Raritan Yacht Club overview.
Please fill out all the forms completely and return them to me at the Raritan Yacht Club. Please note that your application sponsors must prepare written letters of recommendation to accompany your application. In addition you will need to enclose with your application a check for $ 200.00 non-refundable application fee. Should you require sponsors, the membership committee will arange that at your interview.
Upon receipt of your application, you will be invited to a meeting of the Membership Committee where details of club membership will be discussed on an informal basis. You, your spouse are invited to attend this meeting, normally held lunch time on a Saturday.
Application approved by the Membership Committee are presented to the Board of Governors for final approval at their regular meeting on the second Tuesday of the following month. You must attend that meeting at 7:30 p.m. The remaining application fee is due at that time.
